十優港姐麥明詩(Louisa)雖然已淡出幕前,但其一舉一動仍備受關注!日前Louisa出席有關國際婦女的發佈會,並分享相片到社交網。
身型超弗
Louisa穿上橙色大Deep V 的上衣,加上中間縷空的設計,大晒深長事業線,盡顯零贅肉,弗爆冇腩的美好身材,養眼度爆燈!
作為現代女性的Louisa,更留言表示:「今時今日在香港,女性地位已大大提高,不論在職場或家庭上都肩負起更重的責任。作為新生代女性,我都會想創一番事業、擁有自己的個人成就。」

勤力做運動+控制飲食
雖然Louisa如今轉行至法律界擔任商業管理顧問,不過見她的身型反而愈來愈弗,可謂較在幕前的時候更加省鏡,足見她努力維持弗爆Body!
其實要有如此美好身段,必需要不時做運動,見Louisa不時游水﹑行山等運動,她又指自己一星期就會游水三次。隔天會在家中做6至10分鐘body weight workout,Louisa指6至10分鐘很快就過去,一定要堅持。

此外,Louisa認為控制飲食亦很常重要,閒時她的減肥午餐餐單是雞胸肉、烚雞蛋和蔬菜,相當健康。
而且,她曾接受媒體訪問時透露減肥期間堅持兩大原則,第一是「不餓不吃」,首4天的每餐吃7分飽,後3天每餐只吃3分飽,第二是晚上不吃澱粉質。
Louisa又指,自己是易瘦體質,故未有太刻意再戒口,都可以有顯著的後果。不過她又提醒自己的減肥方法不專業,並指減肥時作息時間也很重要。
